The Young Political Leadership School Africa Semester 7, training will be held in Monrovia, Liberia at the Bella Casa Hotel, from November 23-27, 2020.
100 emerging leaders from 16 countries are expected to participate in this youth leadership development program.
This will be a great opportunity for participants to grow their global professional network, learn and practice a new leadership tool, enhance their personal and professional development goals. At this event, they are expected to meet great speakers and facilitators who will challenge, inspire, and motivate them to become transformational and servant leaders in their generation.
The overarching goal of the program is to contribute to the formation of a new generation of character-driven political leaders that would be accountable, responsive, and accessible to the needs and interests of their citizens and help to shape the future of their respective countries in the positive direction. The program has five thematic areas which include: Leadership Development; Gender, Governance & Development; Campaign Planning and Election Management; Administrative Accountability; and Local Governance.
