Applications Open: LEAD Mentorship Program

The Young Political Leadership School Africa (YPLS Africa) is pleased to announce the next phase of the LEAD Mentorship Program, an eight-session hybrid leadership accelerator designed exclusively for YPLS Africa alumni.

Building on previous phases that have reached 50 alumni, this new cycle will select 25 emerging African leaders for practical mentorship, peer learning, leadership development, and professional growth.

The program will run from October to November 2026 and will focus on two learning tracks:

• Personal Leadership, Influence & Public Communication

• Digital Leadership, Data & Civic Technology

Participants will engage with experienced mentors through hybrid sessions, practical conversations, feedback, and tools that can be applied directly to their leadership and civic work.
